The Kallas Honey Farm is able to satisfy most commercial or industrial needs for honey. We supply honey in a variety of food service sizes and packaging ranging from the 6/5 # right up to the 250 gallon totes. We specialize in domestically produced honey in the grades of white, extra light amber, light amber, and amber and will meet all manufacturers specifications.
We are also able to deliver to most locations in the midwest using our own vehicles, but we also work closely with several freight companies to service other areas. Our turnaround time is typically 10 days or less on orders up to 20,000 lbs. Samples are available to qualified buyers on request.
We offer private labeling, as well as customized imprinting on product labeling if requested (e.g. P.O.#'s, Part #'s, Lot Coding, etc.). We are able to provide a Certificate of Insurance. In addition to the standard Pure Food Guarantee, we have signed statements on file from all of our producers guaranteeing that all the honey sold is of the highest quality and is not adulterated in any respect. Our plant is regularly inspected by the State of Wisconsin and the City of Milwaukee Health Department, and we are current on all of our licensing and registrations. We are also monitored regularly by the National Honey Board.
